1. Ordering & Delivery

Do you deliver across Saudi Arabia?

We currently deliver within the city of Jeddah only.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are typically delivered within 24-48 hours except Friday.

What are the delivery charges?

Order value of 50 SAR and above quality for free delivery. For orders under 50 SAR will incur a 5 SAR delivery surcharge.

Can I schedule my delivery?

Include your phone number at checkout and you will receive updates about your delivery status. You may coordinate with our customer service regarding your preferred delivery date and time.

How do I track my order?

You can track you order status both from your account on our website or get key updates via WhatsApp (please provide your mobile number that has WhatsApp) regarding your order status and delivery date and time.

2. Products & Quality

Where do you source your products from?

We source our fruits, vegetables, poultry, and eggs from local wholesales and farmers as well as carefully selected international suppliers. We strive to ensure that every product meets strict quality standards.

Are your products halal?

Yes, all our poultry are 100% halal, sourced from certified suppliers in Saudi Arabia.

Do you sell organic products?

We offer both organic and conventional fruits and vegetables. Organic items are labeled accordingly in our store.

How do you ensure freshness?

We operate on-demand, meaning we source your products from the market when receiving your orders, do a strict quality check by ensuring the cleanliness and freshness of the product you ordered and then package it and deliver it to your defined address. We do not store products beforehand.

Do you offer seasonal fruits and vegetables?

Yes! We bring you the best seasonal Saudi and imported produce, ensuring a fresh variety all year round.

3. Payments & Returns

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:
Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Mada)
Apple Pay 

Can I return or exchange a product?

Yes! If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 4 hours of delivery, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund. It is advisable to inspect your order at time of delivery to ensure you are satisfied, if not, we will make it right. 

How do I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting our customer support or accessing your profile from the website using your email address used at time of registration, then select the order (that is not yet shipped) and cancel it.
