Refund policy

Due to the perishable nature of fresh fruits and vegetables, once the customer accepts the order from the delivery representative it cannot be returned or exchanged. We can only accept returns at time of delivery in the following cases:

  1. The customer does not like the fruits and vegetables picked for them
  2. Wrong item
  3. Incomplete order
  4. The customer changed their mind

Damages and issues
We strive to pick the best quality fruits and vegetables available in the market. However, if you happen to receive a product that is inspected to be damaged or rotten at the time of delivery, kindly contact us immediately (max 4 hours from the time of delivery) and share with us details of the issue (pictures and videos preferred) so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Perishable goods by law cannot be returned once collected by the customer. 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
We cannot exchange fresh fruits and vegetables once collected by the customer. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
